Molly supports individuals and couples through the emotional complexities of trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. As the founder and Clinical Director of Life After Birth®, she is passionate about providing thoughtful, nuanced care that helps clients feel understood, supported, and empowered during life’s biggest transitions.

Drawing from both her clinical expertise and her own lived experience as a postpartum depression survivor, Molly brings deep empathy alongside evidence-based treatment. She works with clients navigating postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, relationship challenges, birth trauma, and the many changes that accompany becoming a parent.

In addition to her clinical work, Molly mentors and trains the Life After Birth therapy team, ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality care grounded in the Life After Birth Model.

Lexi supports women and couples through the transition to parenthood, with a focus on birth trauma, postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as the identity shifts that often come with becoming a mother. Trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), she treats postpartum OCD and related intrusive thoughts using evidence-based care. Her work with couples is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and she integrates Psychodynamic and Somatic approaches to help clients feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more like themselves again in this season of motherhood.

She works with postpartum depression, relationship strain, and body image concerns with depth and compassion. Integrating Psychodynamic therapy and EFT, she helps clients better understand themselves and strengthen connection in their relationships. A mother of two with a background in comedy, Rebecca brings warmth, authenticity, and a grounded sense of humor to her work, helping mothers and their partners feel more supported and connected at every stage of motherhood.
